The En’kara Fair 2025, March 10th to March 23rd

While I’m racking my brains to figure out how to write the article that will describe the insider caste, forcing me to reread some of Norman’s novels, I’ve just seen the news I’ve been waiting for…

The En’kara Fair 2025 has been announced!

But what is it? The En’Kara Fair is a major international community event organized by Gor’s Second Life community. It lasts for the whole of March, with lots of entertainment, shows, conferences, round tables, games and activities, not to mention stores, competitions, etc… The fair is both RP and OOC, and accepts everyone from BTBs and lifestylers to Gor Evolved.

In the context of the world of Gor, the En’Kara fair is held during the annual pilgrimage of young goreans to the Sardar Mountains, an event that every gorean must do at least once in their life, and which is an integral part of their citizenship and culture. In fact, this pilgrimage is role-played during the fair and lasts 5 days all by itself!

So, registration to take part in the fair is open, and I’m providing you with the info, direct from the organizers’ announcements, below :

• Opening Ceremony: March 14th, 2025 at 4 pm SLT Friday
• Merchant Caste Day: March 17, 2025 Monday
• Physicians Caste Day: March 18, 2025 Tuesday
• Scribe Caste Day: March 19, 2025 Wednesday
