Poster and art prints delivered to your door

Thanks to the services of Redbubble, an online art store where I sell my own work, I can have a poster print delivered directly to your home in two weeks, in A4 to A1 format, on solid semi-gloss paper (185gr/cm2) with a 5 mm border.

The charge for printing and home delivery adds 20€/CHF – $23 to the order price of the illustration.

The average rate depends above all on the techniques, the order you wish to place and the amount of work it will take. A black & white vignette is much faster to produce than a fully painted HD poster. The final dimensions of the illustration depend largely on the technique you want to use and the level of detail required: a postcard-format drawing requires little detail, whereas an illustration with a lot of detail and decoration will require a poster format. The final quality depends on the medium: a book cover may be around A5 format, but it requires the level of detail and richness of a poster, for example, which is why the price will be high.

For the record, I charge €50 for an hour’s work.

Billing:

The first third of the invoice is paid on acceptance of the quote. Invoicing is due on receipt of the invoice within the timeframe negotiated during the order and accepted on acceptance of the quote.

Invoicing is made by bank transfer or Paypal.

Receipt of work & deadlines :

Works are sent to the customer in high-definition digital format, ready for use by a professional printer and in the appropriate file formats. In general, orders are delivered within 8 weeks, with delivery times usually specified on acceptance of the quotation. A surcharge is applied if the source file (the working PSD format with its layers) is required. This source file is NEVER supplied by default; you must request it and pay the supplement.

Transfer of exploitation rights :

Full in Europe, Switzerland and the USA on all promotional and visual communication media for the customer’s company and brand mentioned in this contract. Authorizes any modification on derivative products and associative media and publications. Excludes any commercial exploitation outside the objectives stated in the contract without the author’s consent.

Modifications & revisions :

For all illustration jobs over €150 (160$), I accept three requests for revision or modification. Any additional requests will be billed at 50€ (55$). For illustrations under €150 (160$), I grant one request for revision or modification.

I reserve the right, without discussion, to accept or reject any order. Some things I don’t want to illustrate, others I don’t know how to do; the final decision in this area is mine.
